Delt M*A*S*H Philanthropy
Strengthening community is one of Delt’s most respected values. We understand that each of us can make a positive impact on the lives of others, and that if we work together as a fraternity, our impact can become even greater. That’s why each year we organize events and activities to support important causes like our Adopt-a-School partner Clinton Elementary, the brave families who serve in our nation’s Armed Forces, and Autism therapy for our chapter’s little buddy Gabe Miller.
But for Delt it’s about much more than just raising donations, it’s about personal involvement. We volunteer at Clinton Elementary events, have members and alumni who are involved in the military, and spend time with the Miller family each semester.
Philanthropies:
- Gabe’s Gang: Raising money to support our chapter’s little buddy Gabe in his vital Autism therapy.
- M*A*S*H: BBQ, games, and live music…all in this military themed philanthropy raising money for the families of Armed Service men and women serving our country.
- Adopt-A-School: Every year we raise money through our Breakfast At Delt event, and serve as role models for students at Clinton Elementary in Lincoln, NE through the Backpack Program and after school events. Our connection to Clinton goes so far back that they’ve even named their computer lab after Delta Tau Delta!
- Highway Clean-up: Every year we travel out to our adopted stretch of I-80 and do our part to help the environment.
